An internal web application designed for real estate agents to create tailored proposals for prospective buyers interested in new property developments.
This was our first back-office system where we were deeply involved in the UX/UI design process. We worked closely with their product manager and in-house tech team to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.
KORA / Mobile App — KSK Land
A mobile referral program app built to support sustainable communities.
Inspired by real people and real experiences, KSK Land is redefining how real estate referral programs work. KORA is their community-based referral app that allows the public to earn reward points by referring friends and family.
Our engagement began with reworking their initial sitemap. When KSK Land approached us for UX and UI design, we identified the need to restructure the sitemap to be more comprehensive and user-centric. This detailed groundwork set the foundation before moving into the wireframing and design phase.
Easyhome / Quotation Tool — The Makeover Guys
A comprehensive quotation system built to streamline workflows by centralizing customer information, automating cost estimations, uploading master product pricing, and managing both company and customer data—all within a single platform.
The system was designed to simplify and modernize what is traditionally a time-consuming and manual process, improving efficiency and accuracy across teams.
eCommunity / Mobile App — eCommunity
eCommunity is a comprehensive mobile app solution for community and property management in Malaysia. The client engaged us to revamp the entire user interface, aiming for a more modern, sleek design to replace the outdated look of the existing app.
To ensure long-term scalability and consistency, we introduced a component-based design system. This approach allows all stakeholders—management, designers, and the tech team—to stay aligned with a unified and maintainable visual language across the app.
