eCommunity is a property and community management platform used by residents and administrators across managed living communities across Malaysia. When they came to Four Fries, the app was functional but dated — and it needed a complete design overhaul to meet the expectations of a modern, digitally-native user base.

We led the full UI redesign and prototyping, rethinking the app's visual language from scratch. Alongside the refresh, we built a comprehensive component-based design system — a scalable library of reusable UI elements that gives the product team a solid foundation for future development without starting from zero each time.

The redesigned eCommunity app is cleaner, more intuitive, and built to grow — a strong example of how strategic mobile UI design can breathe new life into an established digital product.
