Roxy Hotel is a heritage boutique hotel group with properties across Kuching and Greater Sarawak, Malaysia. With a loyal following and a charming brand story, they needed a website that could do justice to their properties while actively driving direct bookings away from third-party OTAs.

We handled the complete UX research, UI design and front-end development of the new website — building a conversion-focused digital experience that puts the rooms, amenities and location front and centre. The information architecture was restructured to reduce friction between discovery and booking, with clear calls-to-action woven throughout the user journey.

The new Roxy Hotel website positions the brand as a premium boutique destination while giving their team a platform that works as hard as they do.
